The XM-3 Sniper Rifle system includes everything the modern long-range precision marksman requires for immediate out-of-the-box deployment. The only component not included is the ammo, which we leave to the individual shooter to decide which round works best for them.
While other companies claim that they can build a rifle as good as anyone else, only one company has been contracted by the United States government to take the modern sniper rifle and make it the best.

Warranty
Chandler XM-3 Rifles are warranted for life with the following exceptions:
– Damages caused by line of duty or neglect
– Weapons/parts found unserviceable due to extended service life (i.e., barrels, finish, bedding, etc.)
Considering the above exceptions, Delta-Marine Security and Iron Brigade Armory will repair all original weapons at current actual cost. Unauthorized work performed on IBA Rifles may void the warranty.
Administrative Notes
– 12 month delivery schedule plus or minus (Spec’s will determine).
– $2000.00 non-refundable deposit required at time of order.
– $275 Change Fee – for changing an order once placed [applies to barrel twist, length, scope choice, etc.]
– Weapon system deposits can be made by any certified funds, including Credit Card.
– Full payments and remaining balances after deposit MUST be made by Cashier’s Check, Personal Check [subject to hold] or Money Order. No exceptions.
– All applicable taxes apply.
– Firearms License required at time of order, transfer will be completed when payment paid in full.
– Shipping/Insurance fees additional.
– No prices are locked in (This insures that you receive the current spec).
